Our Task
Seeking to bridge their brand’s foundation and future, the new owners of Aldo’s enlisted our agency to produce compelling photo and video content that respected the shop’s long community history while expanding its reach in the digital age. This Greenport, Long Island staple has been a daily ritual for locals across generations who crave consistency and conversation over steaming mugs of Aldo’s signature hand-roasted coffee and espresso. Our role was to translate that loyal community spirit into impactful imagery, which would then convey Aldo’s enduring warmth online.
We focused our lenses on capturing traditions – hand-crafted, small-batch roasts, biscotti baked from generations-old recipes, espresso shots pulled with care. By highlighting behind-the-scenes techniques and conveying the cozy, welcoming shop atmosphere, we aimed to represent the full Aldo’s experience from bean to mug.
The Results
The lifestyle imagery and ecommerce product photography we produced tells Aldo’s legacy through visuals that feel true to what longtime customers cherish. Our consistent creative approach also positions their brand to stand out in today’s crowded online marketplaces. The visual storytelling respectfully nods to the past while expanding their reach and resonance in the digital space.
We also produced short-form video content capturing lifestyle moments in the shop and Aldo’s artisanal production processes. These engaging videos bring the sights that define the Aldos experience to life for online audiences, and serve as dynamic social and website content that transports the brand’s distinctive warmth and craftsmanship directly to viewers, where ever they are.
